A worked example
Take an electrical contractor with nine electricians, two apprentices and a site supervisor who all clock in. That's 12 active worker profiles, so the firm sits in the 11–20 band and pays £129 a month, VAT included. The owner runs things from the admin account they signed up with, and that one isn't counted.
In March they take on a labourer for a six-week job. Thirteen workers, same band, same £129. When the job finishes they mark the labourer inactive and the count drops straight back.
The bill only moves when the count crosses a line. Go from 20 workers to 21 halfway through a month and the difference between £129 and £239 for the days that are left is added to the next invoice. After that it's £239 a month until you drop back under 21.
Pricing FAQ
Is it really every feature on every plan?
Yes. The only thing that changes between bands is how many workers you can have. The feature set is identical.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. The price on this page is what you pay each month, VAT included. If your business needs a VAT invoice, email support@temporra.app.
Who counts as a worker?
Anyone with an active profile on your Employees list. Managers and supervisors you invite through the Team page get a profile too, so they count. The admin account you signed up with doesn't. Mark a leaver as inactive and they stop counting straight away.
What happens if my team grows mid-month?
The price follows your active headcount. Cross into the next band and the difference is worked out for the rest of that month and added to your next invoice. Drop back down and the credit comes off the same way.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial needs no card. You only add one if you decide to carry on.
Is there an annual plan?
Not at the moment. Every plan is billed monthly, so there's no long contract, and no annual discount either.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page and the plan stops at the end of the month you've already paid for. You keep full access until then.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Timesheets, payroll and reports export as CSV files, and invoices and CIS statements download as PDFs, whenever you like while the account is active. If you've cancelled, export what you need before the paid month runs out.
How is payment handled?
By card, through Stripe. Card details never touch our servers. There's more on the Security page.
