Terms of Service
Effective date: 22 June 2026 · Version 1.0
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Temporra website, web app and mobile applications (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Alpha IT Solutions, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "Temporra"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
1. The Service
Temporra is a workforce time & attendance platform that provides clock-in/out, scheduling, leave, timesheets, permits, document management, job costing, invoicing and payroll export, among other features. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- The business owner / administrator is responsible for managing the access of their workers and managers.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Free trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with no payment card required. At the end of the trial you may choose a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, access to paid features may be paused or limited.
4. Subscriptions, pricing and payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly as a flat fee based on your team size (number of active workers), as shown on our pricing page.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
- Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change our prices; we will give reasonable notice before any change affects your renewal.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the outstanding amount is paid.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or in breach of employment, privacy or data-protection law;
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful or harmful;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts;
- Interfere with, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law;
- Resell or sub-licence the Service without our written permission.
6. Your data and content
You retain ownership of the data you and your workers put into the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that data in order to provide the Service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and GDPR Compliance page. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as a processor and you act as the controller.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Alpha IT Solutions and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you. You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.
8. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, and occasionally factors outside our control may affect availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Our total liability arising out of the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
10. Suspension and termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or fail to pay.
- On termination you may request an export of your Customer Data within a reasonable period, after which we may delete it in line with our retention policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, for significant changes, notify account administrators. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law gives you other rights.
